 Course description  The aim of the course is to study the basic principles of teaching and mastering of scientific and practical project management tools.
Tasks of the course are to build knowledge and skills on the basics of project management, project planning activities in compliance with international standards of project management.

Module 2. Project life cycle concepts, maturity models and stakeholder management

Topic 10. Customer relationships and stakeholder management
Topic 11. Core concepts of maturity models
Topic 12. Maturity models and quality management
Training
 Learning outcomes  Ability to define phase of the project and its life cycle, objectives, type, scope and structure after systems analysis of it.
Ability to design project concept and structure, set interrelationships between project tasks and phases.
Ability to identify performance criteria of the project, apply the methods and tools of project management, evaluate the results of project activities and use methods of analysis of the project.
